2. Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data

We process this personal data to send you newsletters with relevant information and offers, and to fulfil your orders as a customer. We can also track your activity in our webshop to improve the site. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

3. Recipients of personal data

Quote Copenhagen ApS shares your personal data with data processors.

4. Retention period

Quote Copenhagen ApS cannot currently state how long we will retain your personal data. However, when determining the retention period, we will consider whether your data remains relevant for sending newsletters and fulfilling our orders.

We aim to retain your personal data only for a reasonable period. When the personal data we have collected is no longer necessary, it will be anonymised or deleted.

5. Obligation to provide personal data

You are not obliged to provide the personal data in question.

6. Rights of the data subject

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights concerning our processing of your personal data.

  • Right to object: In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
  • Right to data portability: In certain circumstances, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have it transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.

7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. Article 13(1) requires the data controller to provide certain information to the data subject when personal data is collected from them.
